This was our cute, little, confusing (!!) rental car in Brisbane. Driving, that first day, was stressful. Not only were we learning how to drive on the wrong side of the road, in kilometers no less (!), but also had to learn how to drive a manual transmission backward. Luckily it didn’t take too long to figure out.

Crossing the International Date Line, I lost a day (Saturday, January 30th) so instead of a photo here’s a little video of our journey.

I tagged along on one of Scott’s shoots earlier today. He asked me to hold his camera while he adjusted one of his lights.

I love Seattle and all but dreary days like this make it a lot easier to leave it behind.

I know I’m a little late to the game, especially considering I meant to get one back in April when Andrew first blogged about them, but I finally got my Orca card! It’s especially ridiculous considering how much I ride the bus.

For those outside of Seattle an Orca card is a re-loadable transit pass that works on the busses, ferries, and light rail in Seattle.

For those in Seattle they’ve extended the free card through the end of February (starting March 1st they’re going to start charging for them) so go get one!
