Seattle Real Estate Photography by Malia Campbell

Progression

Many cringe when they think of HDR photography, especially when you’re applying it toward a genre like Interiors and Real Estate where the expectation is that images will look realistic and inviting.  HDR, if you’re not careful, can easily get away from you – colors can be garish, walls smudgy, windows unreal.  I was no exception.

I was working on a project today that forced me to review old images in my archive and I literally LOL’d as I pulled up some of my first attempts at HDR for Real Estate.  Thought I’d share my journey with you here.  :)

  1. Wow, that was fun! July 2009 was a rockin’ photo, though.
