  1. I don’t know if it was my bandwidth, but it seemed like it was jumping from one image to another. Great imagery although some of the lighting seemed a bit on the blown out side. The worst part was the end showing the portraits of the agent.

  2. Hi Malia, The video seems to be smooth when I watch it directly on youtube but here on your website it is a little Jerky and with a visual stutter, the audio is fine though. I dont know how embedding works but it definitely seems to impact on the quality of playback. Nice video btw.

  3. Hello Malia, I’m a PC user. Could view using Firefox but not IE or iPhone 3gs for some reason. Again, great camera work, nice voice over, the only downer is the traffic in the background and do you need “produced by Tulipchain” at the end. Great work and looking forward to seeing more.

    • Ted, did you mean to comment on this video? I don’t have “produced by tulipchain” at the end of this one…?

  4. I have to say this is one of the best property videos I’ve seen. I see the down sides as mentioned by earlier posters, but being somewhat familiar with video, I don’t see a correction without a significant increase in effort and money. I think it’s a perfect balance…simple, elegant, clean. It’s not over the top and as I said to Larry, no stripper to distract you from the property.

  5. Thanks for the feedback on the jerkiness. Let me see what I can do…

@Lee, thanks! I was a little shocked by that video. I get what they’re trying to do but I can’t but think they could have done it in a more tasteful way. That was just tacky.
