  2. Hi Malia,
Another great deplay of use of video… I’ve been meaning to ask, Do you use some video lighting indoors, or is it all 5D magic?

    Thanks,
    Dave

  3. Yes, very nice video Malia! I was amazed at how clean the property was–from the floor under the kitchen table to the stove burners and even the gutters. This may seem silly but how do you ensure that once you arrive to photograph, you won’t be doing spit-shine service too? And how do you manage staging? Fresh flowers, table scapes, nice bedding…is that all provided by the homeowner or does the realtor/client assist with that aspect? Even with a modest townhouse, the right touches and thoughtful photography techniques seem to make it feel a lot more high end. Again, another nice job!

    • Thanks! Other than moving things into better positions and hiding clutter I don’t do anything when I show up except shoot. This place was exceptionally clean and tidy! I do send out a pre-shoot checklist to my clients to pass along to the homeowners and sometimes it’s effective, sometimes they don’t even read it. :)
