West Seattle View Home

I spent a foggy morning out in West Seattle last week shooting this amazing home.  From the moment I stepped into the foyer I knew this was going to be a fun shoot.  My clients, the homeowners, built and decorated the house (they’re professionals) (no pressure!) and I wanted to make sure I did it justice.  The house (and homeowners!) was so warm and inviting and, despite how large and spacious each room was, had a cozy, intimate feel to it.

Week 2: Paul

This is my new friend, Paul, who met up with me at The Elysian and let me take photos of him for an ongoing project.

One last Property Video to end the week!

I’ll bet you thought that, after THREE(!) Property Videos yesterday, I was tapped out for the week.  Well, you thought wrong!  ha HA!

I shot this home earlier this week for Marco Kronen of UrbanMarco.com fame – Enjoy and have a great weekend everyone!

Property video: Olive 8 – Newly listed!

Last week I shared a sneak peek into a shoot I did with Coldwell Banker Bain superstar, Will Wilcox.  The listing is live now and I can share a few photos and the full version video of the space.  We start out by featuring some of the shared amenities for residents (hello, elaia spa!) and then we take you into the home.  Enjoy!

Property Video: 1030 West 14th Place

Malia Campbell Photography

I spent a couple days earlier this week out in Kirkland shooting this house.  Two days partly because it was so large (over 6,400 sq ft) and partly because, well, I was having fun just hanging out and shooting.

Oh yeah, and the weather!  The first day it was pretty overcast and I knew the next day would be sunnier.  I’m so glad I went back on day two because… well, watch the video (after the jump).  You’ll see.
