Gallery Condominiums

I have a soft spot for Belltown.  I lived there for several years in my early 20s and often miss the vibrant, hip, downtown lifestyle.  It’s always such a treat when I have the opportunity to shoot in Belltown and yesterday was no different.  The Gallery Condos on 2nd Ave are far enough away from the loud bar and restaurant scene to be quiet and residential yet, you’re still within the heart of it all.  And just a few blocks from the waterfront and a short walk from the Space Needle you’re given spectacular 360 degree views from the rooftop gardens!

I’m not here to sell you a condo (although if you’re interested, this two bedroom is priced to sell!  Give Ben Kakimoto at Keller Williams Realty a call!) but do want to share some of my favorite photos from yesterday.  And don’t forget to watch the video after the jump.

Big thanks to AJ for assisting and to Steve and Gus for being such gracious hosts.

More photos and video after the jump!

One Points!

Few things feel as good to me as shooting a nice one point composition.  The clean lines really appeal to my sense of aesthetics.  One points work especially well for kitchens and small bathrooms but I always try to include other room types when I can, just because I like them so much.  Here are a few of my favorites shot over the past few weeks.  Hit the jump for more photos
